The legal basis for data processing is the user’s consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR)
Data Retention
Data will be retained during the beta test period and deleted within 6 months, or earlier upon request.

You may access, rectify, erase, limit, or object to the processing of your data by writing to info@aisee-app.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).
Transfers and Disclosures
We do not share data with third parties. Only the AIsee team will have access to the data.
